Bookings for Maritime, Mayflower, Mout Pleasant are usually made from Friday to Friday. Bookings for Smeatons Tower and Forty are usually made from Saturday to Saturday.
Prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, linen and towels. A deposit of £60 per apartment per week will secure your booking and the balance is payable six weeks prior to your stay.
Should you have to cancel your holiday please inform us by telephone immediately. In the event of cancellation the hirer will be responsible for the balance of payment, the booking is non-transferable and we strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance to cover any cancellation.
Please arrive at Haddington House after 3pm. There is a digital lock and keys will be ready for your apartment in the hallway. We ask that on departure you leave by 10am so we may get the apartment ready for our next visitors.
These are ideal for providing additional accommodation. Some folding beds are also available.
For an additional cost of £15 per apartment per week the laundry, with washing machine and dryer is available for guests staying in Smeatons Tower, Mayflower, Mount Pleasant and Maritime. The laundry is closed to guests Friday to Sunday for staff use only.

All our apartments are no smoking although there is no restriction on smoking in the garden.
You can reserve a travel cot, high chair and baby bath at no extra cost subject to availability. We do not supply any bedding for cots so please remember to bring this with you.
Please be aware that the hirer of an apartment is legally responsible for any breakages or damage. The proprietor shall not be liable to any person for any personal injury, loss of, or damage to property or vehicles however caused or sustained. Haddington House Apartments reserve the right to insist on immediate withdrawal of anyone or any party not complying with the conditions, damaging the property, causing a nuisance to other guests or exceeding the number of guests per apartment as stated in the brochure or booking form. If the hirer wishes to extend beyond the period booked a verbal agreement will be acceptable and agreement to these terms on the initial booking form will remain extant. Haddington House Apartments are holiday lets and cannot be regarded as a main or permanent residence.
